DC Funk Parade @ U Street NW (8/6/22) (Pro Tip: The 8th annual Funk Parade is back as a festival. There will be four sites along U Street with music between 11am and 5pm and is FREE to the public.)
The Nine Songwriter Series @ 9:30 Club (8/6/22) (Pro Tip: Organized by Justin Trawick, this showcase of local artists has been around since 2008, moving from venue to venue. Nice to see its back and at the 9:30 Club! The nine artists selected for this show will play music and tell stories.)
