Art in DC, let’s do it!
Organized by Halcyon, this year’s By The People art festival has expanded, and will run from June 15-23. Even though it has already started, you have the whole week to participate!
The festival features art installations around the city, dialogues, augmented reality displays and other performances. And you can live virtually anywhere in DC and be near something!

The festival hubs this year are at the Washington National Cathedral, Smithsonian Arts and Industries Building, The Parks (at Walter Reed), Union Market, and THEARC West.
You can register here for a free pass.
Many of the art installations are free but do register in advance to skip the lines; some of the performance require a purchased ticket.
