The second bobblehead of the season is fast approaching. Something to look forward to.
On Wednesday, May 15th you can get your very own Trea Turner bobblehead, the second of eight bobbles this season. He’ll be rocking his classic jump throwing motion, in small statuesque form (see photo). The first 25,000 fans win the day.
Trea recently came off a lengthy Disabled List (DL) stint for a broken finger, so we hoping his season will get on track in the month of May. The Nats need his superb batting.
We, the fans, need some motivation to stay pumped about the Nationals this season, so far they have performed underwhelming at best, and often bad enough that they sit eight games under .500 (16-24) and 4th place in the NL East.
The Nationals play the New York Mets, and the pitching match-ups should be: Wilmer Font (Mets) vs. Patrick Corbin (Nats).
Be mindful that it may rain, but you’ll have a bobble. And don’t give up yet, baseball is still a fun time to hang out with your friends.
