All the art you can handle!
From June 21-24 visit multiple locations in DC to discover art installations, performances, conversations and other pop-up events, all part of the By The People Festival.
Organized by Halcyon in association with the Smithsonian, Destination DC, ARTECHOUSE and others, this international arts and dialogue festival will be a cornucopia of amazing artists, speakers, and performers, in five festival hubs like Union Market, THEARC West or Smithsonian Arts and Industries Building, and in many more satellite locations like Anacostia Arts Center or Blind Whino SW Arts Club.
The art and conversations will focus on the themes of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, intended to promote empathy and spark civil discourse. And you need to join in!
