The Kills are coming back to DC!
On May 14th, head over to The Lincoln Theatre for a night of bluesy garage rock!
The Kills are Alison Mosshart (vocals) and Jamie Hince (guitar), and so far they’ve released five albums and a number of EPs, the most recent album being Ash & Ice from 2016.
Their newest single from 2018, “List of Demands (Reparations)”, is a lyrical ballet with a more subtle than usual but engaging rock hook.
“Future Starts Slow”, from Ash & Ice, was recently used in the Netflix show Altered Carbon (which I need to check out).
They’ve played a number of times at the 9:30 Club over the years, but this will be their first foray into the bigger Lincoln Theatre! Don’t miss it!
