Come rock at U Street!

You’ll want to visit U Street Music Hall on January 20th for the great psychedelic rock band, Temples.

They are touring for their third album, Hot Motion (via ATO Records), which came out in late 2019.

Singles like, “You’re Either On Something” (or ‘you’re on to something’), elicits a relaxed vibe, the perfect song to sit on the couch and look out at the rain, and decide it’s time to get outside.

“Hot Motion” gets us in the car and singing passively along to the trippy melodies and rollicking guitar licks. before going full throttle for the chorus.

Temples is from England, and started in 2012. The band is James Bagshaw (lead vocals and guitar), Thomas Walmsley (bass and vocals) and Adam Smith (keyboards, guitar and vocals).

Your trip is taking you to U Street Music Hall to see these guys perform live. You’re on to something.

I last saw Temples live in 2013, so looking forward to listening to the new songs.
