Twin Peaks, garage indie rockers from Chicago, come to the Black Cat on December 11th!
Their fourth album, Lookout Low (via Grand Jury), came out earlier this year. They’ve been busy in the three years between studio albums, as they also released a live album, a Spotify session album and a singles collection.
“Dance Through It” from Lookout is a syncopated, funky track that leisurely speaks to dancing your problems away. Maybe Twin Peaks are channeling their inner-Steely Dan for this one.
“Ferry Song” will be a good sing-along opportunity during their show, ‘Come on down, come on down’.
Twin Peaks the band (not the TV Show) formed in 2010 and is Cadien Lake James (vocals, guitar), Clay Frankel (vocals, guitar), Jack Dolan (vocals, bass), Colin Croom (keyboards, vocals, guitar) and Connor Brodner (drums).
Come on down to the Black Cat on a Wednesday for this one, should be a good time.
Get your tickets here.
Tickets are $20. Doors open at the Black Cat at 7:30pm. Openers are Lala Lala and Ohmme.
