Head down to The Wharf this Friday, and give electropop artist Shura a listen.

Shura will perform at Union Stage on October 18th. Alexandra Lilah Denton is Shura, an elctropop singer, songwriter and producer from Shepherd’s Bush, England and currently living in London.

She’s touring for her second album, forevher, which was released in August via Secretly Canadian. The album speaks to the nature of starting a long distance relationship with her girlfriend.

“religion (u can lay your hands on me)” is a fun synth-pop track about getting with her girlfriend without restrictions.

(Note: She likes to stylize her album and song titles in lowercase.)

Should be a good show, see you there!

Get your tickets here.

Tickets are $20. Doors open at Union Stage at 7:30pm. Show at 8:30pm. Opener is Hannah Cohen.
