Your favorite Southampton rock band is returning to DC!

Make sure you get yourself some of the amazing blues and garage rock of Band of Skulls, when they blaze into DC on September 19th, performing at the 9:30 Club.

Band of Skulls is Russell Marsden and Emma Richardson from England. They are touring for the 10th Anniversary tour of their debut album, Baby Darling Doll Face Honey.

They just released their fifth album in April titled Love Is All You Love (via SO Recordings and Silva Screen Records).

“Cool Your Battles” is about not fighting, and turning your energy into something positive. At least with the first couple singles, this album seems more subdued, think friendlier pop rock, and less epic rock anthems.

I’ve seen them perform live twice before (2014 and 2016), and it’s been three years since they last played in DC (at the Black Cat). This will be their third stint at the 9:30 Club. Should be great, especially when they dig into their first album.

Get your tickets here.

Tickets are $25. Doors open at DC9 at 7pm. Opener is Demob Happy.
