Mandolin Orange returns to the 9:30 Club on February 7th, and if you love folk music, you should definitely be there.

Mandolin Orange is a folk/Americana duo from North Carolina where Andrew Marlin and Emily Frantz both harmonize and play an assortment of folk-ready instruments, like the mandolin (!) or the violin.

We had the pleasure of seeing them at the 9:30 Club in 2017, and look forward to another round of banjo and violin melodies, this time with new songs for their upcoming sixth album, Tides of a Teardrop, which is out on February 1st.

One of their new singles, “Golden Embers” was written for Andrew’s Dad about loss. They played it during the 2017 show, but it didn’t have a name then.

Also great is “Time We Made Time”, and it is only appropriate we make time for their show.

Buy your tickets here.

Tickets are $25. Doors open at the 9:30 Club at 7pm. No opener listed.
