These HAERTS are full of new compassion!
HAERTS are touring for their second album, New Compassion, and thankfully they make a stop in DC, this time at DC9 on December 3rd.
We had a chance to see their opening set (for Michelle Branch) in 2017 at the 9:30 Club, and definitely think you’d do well to get to DC9 for their show!
HAERTS is an electro, indie pop duo, powered by Nini Fabi (vocals) and Ben Gebert (keyboard and guitar). They both grew up in Germany, before moving to New York and forming the band in late 2010.
Their most recent single, “New Compassion”, focuses on a singular, drawn out plea from Nini, but “Your Love” builds into atmospheric pop anthem hoping to ‘be the one’ but only if you’re all in.
