I don’t know why you would miss Jimmy Buffett!
For a change of attitude, Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefers will play in a different latitude (aka downtown Baltimore) at the Royal Farms Arena on March 30th.
This time around his tour is called Son of a Son of a Sailor Tour. Later in the tour, he’ll return to his traditional local haunt, Jiffy Lube Live, on August 4th.
With a catalog spanning 29 albums over five decades (most recently a Christmas album), Jimmy has more than enough music to satisfy everyone from the diehard Parrotheads to the casual ‘I once sang “Margaritaville” at karaoke’ fans.
I’ve merely seen Jimmy in concert three times so far, twice at the aforementioned Jiffy Lube (aka Nissan Pavilion), and once before moving to DC, but it’s been almost 10 years. The energy of his shows were incredible, so I look forward to catching up once again and hearing old favorites, without the need for a car.
