Concert Pick: Wolf Alice @ Rock and Roll Hotel (7/7/17)

The Wolf Alice show on July 7th at the Rock and Roll Hotel didn’t take long to sell out!

Don’t fret (much), you can still mark your calendar for the release of their new album – out in September.

Wolf Alice is an alternative rock band from London, with tints of grunge and other 1990’s indie rock thrown in for good measure.

Visions of a Life, their second, has the makings of a good album. Their first single, “Yuk Foo”, released June 12th, sounds like a punk rock punch to the face. And that’s okay.

The foursome is Ellie Rowsell (lead vocals), Joff Oddie (guitar), Theo Ellis (Bass) and Joel Amey (drums).

Tickets for July 7th have sold out. Time to get creative!

Tickets were $16. Doors open at the Rock and Roll Hotel at 8pm. Show at 9pm.
