Spend your day with dogs or visit the embassies of the European Union. Tough choice.

Day of the Dog @ Congressional Cemetery

Run a 5K, dress up your pooch (and yourself) to win prizes, tour the Congressional Cemetery and hang out with a ton of dogs!

Free admission, tickets available for food and raffles.

European Union Embassies’ Open House

Head over to NW DC and visit the 28 embassies that are part of the European Union!

Drink wine, watch dance performances, try all kinds of food, and plenty of other cultural experiences and events.

Check the list of embassies and what’s going on!

Many places are free, some embassies do charge for entrance/food/drink.
