The 10th Annual SAVOR (an American craft beer and food experience) will return to the National Building Museum on Friday, June 2nd and Saturday, June 3rd.
While attending last year’s SAVOR, I discovered that there were exactly zero breweries from Washington State (where I grew up). But yet there were seven breweries from Oregon.
With the release of 2017’s event details, the first thing I did was check how many breweries came from Washington State. And the answer is two (Propolis Brewing and Reuben’s Brews). And six from Oregon. So a better ratio. Barely.
All told, there will be 86 breweries from around the US, serving 172 different beers. There are also three from DC (Right Proper, DC Brau and Bluejacket) and a bunch from Virginia (8) and Maryland (2). See the full list of breweries here.
Each beer is paired with a small bite (mostly delicious), so you get full quickly and satisfyingly.

Tickets are $135 for all-you-can-handle beer tastings with food pairings.
June 2 and June 3, starts @ 7:30pm
