Angel Olsen is coming to DC, not once, not twice, but three times in November. She’ll play at Lincoln Theatre on November 2nd, 3rd, and 20th (although that show is not listed yet – Editor’s Note: The Nov. 20th show was just removed from the tour.).
Born in St. Louis, Angel is an indie rock and folk singer-songwriter and she is touring for her fourth album, All Mirrors (via Jagjaguwar).
“Lark” is a new, soulful song about remembering the painful break-up from the guy who put it all on her.
“All Mirrors” is an introspective look back at your life, and realizing the consequences of your actions will catch up to you. The song is atmospheric in sound yet haunting in its loneliness.
Her songs should play brilliantly in the seated Lincoln Theatre. You have three chances.
