Kero Kero Bonito is an electropop band from London, touring for their new EP, Civilisation I. The EP explores religion and the world ending, digging into the threats of social divisions, climate change and more.

The band is Sarah Bonito (aka Sarah Midori Perry) on vocals, Gus Lobban on drums and Jamie Bulled on guitars. Plus they have other musicians join during live shows.

The single “When The Fires Come” gives a warm embrace of ambient synth pop, finding Sarah’s quiet voice among pan flutes.

Sarah also sings/raps in English and Japanese on many of tracks, and the soundscapes they create are varied and expansive, and often brilliant.
