The Texas super-group, Glorietta descends on DC on Friday, October 19th!
Head over to the Rock and Roll Hotel this Friday, and witness friends of Matthew Logan Vasquez all playing nicely together.
Rounding out the ‘official’ members of the group, are Matthew, solo artist Noah Gundersen (from Olympia, Washington), Adrian Quesada, Kelsey Wilson, David Ramirez, and Jason Robert Blum.
Nathaniel Rateliff joined during the recording (for some backing vocals) of their 2018 debut self-titled album, that sports 12 tracks of great Americana rock, folk, and a myriad of other influences. Rateliff appears on “I Know”.
“Golden Lonesome” and “Friends” bring the group’s concepts to life, with wistful harmonies and rock built on many sessions of a bit more tequila than necessary.
