You need to see The Struts!
Hitting the road for the Body Talks Tour, The Struts bring their fabulous UK glam rock to the 9:30 Club on October 8th!
The show is sold out, but don’t let that stop you.
Their second album, YOUNG&DANGEROUS, is scheduled for release at the end of October, and the first couple singles sound promising and as kick ass as the rock songs from their first album, Everybody Wants.
“Body Talks” shows off their prodigious energy and Luke Spiller’s vocal chops, while “Primadonna Like Me” is haughty and raucous.
The Struts are Luke (vocals), Jed Elliott (bass), Adam Slack (guitar) and Gethin Davies (drums), from Derby, England.
I first caught them live at Firefly Music Festival in 2016, and then again (also at the 9:30 Club) in 2017, and I can confirm you would do well to get to their show, as they certainly represent the best of today’s glam rock.
Tickets are Sold Out, but hit the resale sites. Doors at the 9:30 Club open at 7pm. Openers are White Reaper and Spirit Animal.
