The DC Beer Fest is coming back to the Nationals Park this Saturday, April 22nd. Drink well!
With over 80 breweries and 200 beers, you can certainly find just about any style of beer to fit your mood. Don’t expect a great deal of sun on Saturday, so you may want to fortify yourself with a few darker brews along with your lighter, summer ales.
Some of the local breweries that I’d checkout: Fairwinds Brewing Co., Jailbreak Brewing Company and Old Ox Brewery, along with DC’s Hellbender Brewing Company, Atlas Brew Works and Handsome Beer Company.
The festival takes over the Nationals Park’s concourse, and includes food trucks, music by DJs and games.
